PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an HR Associate, you are responsible for:
  • Assisting the Staffing Associate with recruitment support including conducting phone interviews and managing communications with all stakeholders. 
  • Manage the onboarding and training completion of new hires.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, staff, and other stakeholders. 
  • Accurately compile payroll data such as hours worked from time sheets and other records on a weekly basis.
  • Enter data into payroll system to compute wages and deductions.
  • Review wage computed and correct errors to ensure the accuracy of payroll.
  • Manage payroll discrepancies with staff and clients.
  • Manage all HR policy updates and communications to staff.
QUALIFICATIONS 
-    We value your education experience. For all of our HR Associate opportunities, you must possess at least a Bachelors degree.
-    We value your internship/volunteer/work experience. All qualified candidates will have at least 1-3 years of human resources, staffing or payroll experience
-    We value your skillsets. Experience working with Google Apps and/or MS Office, attention to details, excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Experience working with payroll systems is a plus. 
-    We value your commitment and dedication. A strong commitment to digging deep, being reflective and finding a better way to support your partners is required.
