Position Responsibilities
As a Executive Recruiter, Higher Education, you are responsible for:

•    Managing the recruitment process including creating and implementing talent sourcing plans, conducting phone interviews and managing communications with all stakeholders.
•    Managing our Applicant Tracking System and other data systems.
•    Assisting team members with developing of recruitment project plans. 
•    Assisting consultants with drafting responses to RFPs and RFQs.
•    Assisting consultants with creating recruiting materials and presentations.
•    Building strong relationships with higher education and other stakeholders.
•    Attend career fairs and other related events as needed.

Qualifications
-    We value your education experience. For all of our Executive Recruiter, Higher Education opportunities, you must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree.
-    We value your internship/volunteer/work experience. Prior experience as a Executive Recruiter at a University or College is required and will help make a smooth transition onto the team.
-    We value your skillsets. Experience working with MS Office, attention to details, excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Experience writing proposals is a plus.
-    We value your commitment and dedication. A strong commitment to digging deep and finding a better way to support our higher education partners is required.
