PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Staffing Associate, you are responsible for:
  • Manage recruitment efforts including screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, onboarding and managing communications with all stakeholders. 
  • Manage all requests for new temporary staff.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, staff and other stakeholders. 
  • Attend career fairs and other related events as needed
QUALIFICATIONS 
-    We value your education experience. For all of our Staffing Associate opportunities, you must have graduated or enrolled in an accredited college program. 
-    We value your internship/volunteer/work experience. Prior human resources, staffing or payroll experience will help make a smooth transition onto the team. 
-    We value your skillsets. Experience working with MS Office, attention to details, excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Experience working with grant proposals is a plus. 
-    We value your commitment and dedication. A strong commitment to digging deep, being reflective and finding a better way to support your partners is required.
