Position Responsibilities
As a Senior Associate, Business Development & Partnerships, you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for:

•    Overseeing the business development process including the creation of new business strategies, lead generation plans and managing communications with potential new clients.

•    Manage business development systems (Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other data systems) including data entry, management and data integrity.

•    Oversee proposal management process including drafting responses to RFPs and RFQs, delivery of proposals and attending pre-proposal conferences.

•    Develop and maintain relationships with contract and procurement specialists at targeted organizations.

•   Assisting the CEO and Managing Director with special projects as needed.

Qualifications
-    We value your education experience. For this role, you must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree (required) or Masters Degree (preferred).

-    We value your work experience. You must possess at least 2-3 years of business development or fundraising experience with measurable results in the nonprofit, government or education sectors.

-    We value your technical skills. Experience working with CRM and Google Applications (or similar products) is required.

-    We value your soft skills. Strong attention to details, excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. 

-    We value your commitment and dedication. A strong commitment to digging deep and finding a better way to support our mission-driven organization partners is required.
